Whether we’re refreshing your blonde, shaping a fresh cut, or dreaming up something completely new, my goal is always to make you feel seen, celebrated, and completely at home. I’m a wife, a cat mama, a Jesus lover, and someone who finds joy in the little things—like good coffee, real conversations, and family time. Deserts and Gardens is more than just a hair studio—it’s a space where transformation happens, inside and out. I can’t wait to welcome you in and create something beautiful together. I’ve gotten many questions about how I came up with the name “Deserts and Gardens Hair Studio”. I am a believer in Jesus Christ, and my faith is something that has shaped me into the woman and stylist I am today. He has blessed me with so much fruit in my life, and I owe every part of my success to Him!! Deserts often symbolize the dry, hard, quiet seasons — the ones where things feel still, maybe even barren. In scripture and in life, deserts represent testing, pruning, or waiting. Gardens, on the other hand, are lush, flourishing, and full of life. They're the places of promise, joy, beauty, and harvest — where seeds that were planted in faith finally bloom. So when you bring "Deserts and Gardens" together, you're embracing the fullness of the journey. It signifies that God is present in both — in the waiting and the flourishing, in the ache and the abundance. It's a reminder that even dry places can hold purpose, and even blooming ones were once bare. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Deserts and Gardens Hair Studio, every appointment is reserved especially for you. I deeply value your time—and mine too! In order to continue offering the best experience possible for all of my guests, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules via instagram or text message. If you need to cancel or move your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a potential 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This helps cover the time and resources that were set aside just for you. I completely understand that life happens—and grace is always given when needed! But repeated short-notice cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. It allows me to keep things flowing smoothly and offer the best care and creativity to every guest who walks through my door.
